Shipping & Delivery

No, we do not sell outside of Pakistan.
Our delivery time is 3-4 working days for Karachi and 4-5 working days for other cities of Pakistan.
We are offering free delivery all over Pakistan on orders above Rs 5,000.

Do you exchange product if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, we do exchange items, if the tags aren’t removed and the product is in proper condition. For further details kindly contact us through Instagram, WhatsApp or simply email us with all the details.
Yes, we can deliver urgently within karahi, however it also depends on the availability of the requested item.
We always try our best to give our customers the best experience and product. But still if someone wants to return or exchange then we are here to help. Email us info@fiona.pk and we’ll take you through the process.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that: We do not exchange or refund sale or custom made item. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. When we receive your package, we will make sure that the condition of the item is perfect before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. We will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges in any circumstances.
